Banking

For your convenience Westpac, National Australia Bank and ANZ ATMs are located in the main mall area of the centre. BankWest, Commonwealth Bank and Bank of Queensland ATMs are located on the outside of the Centre.

Taxi Rank

A taxi rank is located outside Lok’s Kitchen on Thornlie Avenue. It is necessary to phone for a taxi as taxi’s do not frequently stop at Thornlie Square.

Telephones

For your convenience two public telephones are located opposite Supa IGA main entrance and two opposite Coles, near Gorey’s Butchers.

Parents Rooms

Parents rooms are available to all parents and are located near both public toilets.

Lost Children/Parents

Lost children can be reported to the Centre Management Office, security or cleaners, and every effort will be made to reunite families.

Lost Property

A lost and found register is kept at Centre Management and customers can either call (08) 9459 2722 or visit Centre Management for more information.

Wheelchairs and Gophers

Wheelchairs and gophers can be borrowed from Centre Management. Customers are able to book these either by phoning (08) 9459 2722 or in person at Centre Management.

Toilets

Easy access toilets are located just in the passageway next to the Coles entrance and also down the passageway between Good Sammy and Natural Choice.

Parking

At Thornlie Square Shopping Centre, we’re committed to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. It all starts before you have even stepped into the Centre with ACROD and Parents with Prams parking bays conveniently located at all main entrances and over 844 free parking bays.
